.75 oz Lemon Juice
.25 oz Ginger Juice
Pinch of salt
Garnish: Candied Ginger
Glass: Rocks glass
Add all ingredients to the shaker tin.
Add ice and shake.
Double Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice and garnish with a candied ginger
